Katrina's New Item Number ' Chikni Chameli' is Marathi twisted

When we quizzed Katrina Kaif about her supposed item song in Hrithik Roshan's Agneepth while she was promoting Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, she denied it altogether.

Nonetheless, Karan Johar himself revealed to the world on Twitter soon after, confirming the news.

Apparently the song which is touted as Katrina's best (better than Sheila too) has a Marathi twist.

We've heard the song is based on Marathi superhit track 'Kombdi Palali' from the film 'Jatra'. The lyrics have been changed but tune's the same. 'Chikni Chameli' is the song title.

Mallika Will be Casted in Bhatt's Jism 2

Even though not casted in Murder 2 sequel Mallika more happy when she hear the news from the Pooja Bhatt. Mallika will star in Pooja Bhatt's Jism 2. The male lead is yet to be finalised.

Jism was a huge box-office successwhen it released in 2003.

A few days ago, Pooja met Mallika. Says a source, "It was a long meeting, which ended well."

A source says, "Jism 2 is going to be bigger and bolder than Jism. Pooja was looking out for someone who has a fabulous body and Mallika fits the bill. Moreover, this time Pooja has been looking out for an established face."

What about Veena Malik? Wasn't she supposed to play the female lead in the sequel? "No. Those were rubbish rumours," says the source.

Mahesh Bhatt also told Mumbai Mirror, "Selecting the actors for her film is entirely Pooja's domain.

Moreover, Pooja is a very precise person. It will take some time to decide. But yes, I did do the job of making Mallika and Pooja meet. Let's see what happens."
